Nassau Holdings, Inc. is a privately held diversified holding company based in Princeton, New Jersey owned and managed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Louis F. Mercatanti, Jr. Mr. Mercatanti acquired the first assets that comprise Nassau in 1986, two radio stations based in Princeton, NJ WPST-FM and WHWH-AM. Nassau Holdings remains as the controlling shareholder in Nassau Broadcasting Partners, LP which today is the 14th largest broadcaster in the US in terms of number of stations and owns 52 radio stations, primarily in mid-sized, affluent suburban markets in the Northeastern United States.

Since 1986, Nassau has diversified its holdings through internal growth or through the acquisition of a number of companies. Nassau today has holdings in four primary areas, Media and Communications, Real Estate, Marine Services and Food Services.

Media and Communications

Nassau Broadcasting Partners, L.P.
With 52 owned or operated radio stations, Nassau Broadcasting is the 14th largest radio broadcaster in the U.S. Nassau is one of the fastest growing radio companies in the country and operates regional clusters of radio stations with a diverse set of formats in six states in the Northeast; Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Nassau Journals is a rapidly growing publisher of monthly local magazines in New Jersey. The Company currently publishes four editions serving Colts Neck, Holmdel, Lincroft and Rumson/Fair Haven. Ocean Beach Marine Centers is one of New Jersey’s premier full service marine companies with four locations at the New Jersey Shore. These locations include four boat Dealerships that proudly offer Boston Whaler, Wellcraft, Monterey, Contender and Zodiac boats, as well as previously owned boats. Ocean Beach has fully stocked retail marine stores at three of our locations and two locations offer full service marinas with 350 total slips on the Barnegat Bay.

Shore Café, LLC
Shore Café, LLC is a café operating company with two locations in at the New Jersey shore including the Colts Neck Café on Route 34 North in Colts Neck, NJ and the Ocean Beach Café on Route 35 North in Lavallette, NJ. Both Cafés have unique menus, attractive settings and offer rental opportunities with catering for special events.
