Nassau Holdings, Inc. is a privately held diversified holding company based in Princeton, New Jersey owned and managed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Louis F. Mercatanti, Jr. Since 1986, Nassau Holdings has diversified its holdings through internal growth or through the acquisition of a number of companies. Nassau today has holdings or manages companies in four primary areas, Media and Communications, Real Estate, Marine Services and Food Services.

Nassau Broadcasting Partners, L.P.
With 52 owned or operated radio stations, Nassau Broadcasting is the 15th largest radio broadcaster in the U.S. Nassau Broadcasting operates regional clusters of radio stations with a diverse set of formats in six states in the Northeast; Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Mr. Mercatanti manages Nassau Broadcasting.

Nassau Journals, LLC
Nassau Journals is a rapidly growing publisher of monthly local magazines in New Jersey. The Company currently publishes four editions serving Colts Neck, Holmdel, Lincroft and Rumson/Fair Haven. The Company provides readers with high quality content of local interest and offers advertisers access to home readers in desirable suburbs with attractive demographics.

Ocean Beach Marine Centers (Nassau Marina Holdings, LLC)
Ocean Beach Marine Centers is one of New Jersey’s premier full service marine companies with four locations at the New Jersey Shore. These locations include boat Dealerships that proudly offer Wellcraft, Monterey, and Scout boats, as well as previously owned boats. Ocean Beach has fully stocked retail marine stores at our locations and three locations offer full service marinas with 465 total slips on the Barnegat Bay.

LeChard Marine Contracting
LeChard Marine Contracting has proudly been serving the Jersey Shore since 1926. As one of the most experienced marine contractors in the country, LeChard provides fully insured contracting services for bulkheads, dock construction, foundation piles and all related marine construction and products.

Food Services

Shore Café, LLC
Shore Café, LLC is a café operating company with two locations in at the New Jersey shore including the Colts Neck Café on Route 34 North in Colts Neck, NJ and the Ocean Beach Café on Route 35 North in Lavallette, NJ. Both Cafés have unique menus, attractive settings and offer rental opportunities with catering for special events.
