NASSAU
REALIGNS REGIONAL OPERATIONS
Princeton,
NJ – Nassau Broadcasting
announced today that it has realigned its operations into
two operating divisions, Nassau Mid-Atlantic and Nassau New
England. Rick Musselman, formerly an SVP and Regional Manager
for Nassau’s Pennsylvania and Maryland clusters, will
now become an Executive Vice President and COO of Nassau
Mid-Atlantic encompassing all of Nassau’s Pennsylvania,
Maryland and New Jersey radio stations. Don Dalesio, an Executive
Vice President with the Company, will become the COO of Nassau
New England, which includes Nassau’s stations in Maine,
New Hampshire, Vermont and Cape Cod and now includes the
recently acquired heritage classical station in Boston, MA
WCRB 99.5 FM. Nassau recently closed on a transaction whereby
the Company divested its Philadelphia radio station WTHK
97.5 FM to Greater Media, Inc. and in exchange, acquired
from Greater Media the new 99.5 WCRB-FM.
In addition
to appointing Don and Rick to head up Nassau’s
two new divisions respectively, Nassau also announced the
appointment of Paul Kelley, former GM of Nassau’s WFNQ
Frank FM in Nashua, NH to be the new GM of 99.5 WCRB FM in
Boston, and Mark Edwards, former Nassau New Hampshire Programming
Director to become the new WCRB Programming Director. Rob
Fulmer, former Cluster Manager of Nassau New Hampshire Lakes
Region will become Nassau's new Regional Manager for the
State of New Hampshire.
