BROADCASTING CLOSES ON TWO ADDITIONAL STATIONS
IN NORTHERN VERMONT
Princeton,
NJ - Nassau
Broadcasting Partners, L.P. (“Nassau”), a leading radio
group in the Northeast, announced today that it has
closed on the purchase
of two additional radio stations in Vermont, WMOO-FM
and WIKE-AM in Derby Center and Newport, Vermont respectively,
from Northstar Media, Inc.

pleased to be adding these two successful radio stations
in Northern Vermont to our growing group of New England
radio stations” said Louis F. Mercatanti, Jr., Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Nassau. “The addition
of these stations extends our local coverage of Vermont

part of the communities these radio stations serve.”
WMOO-FM
is a Class “C” FM radio station and broadcasts at 92.1 MHz. WIKE-AM
is a Class “C” AM radio station and broadcasts at 1490
kHz.
