Broadcasting CFO Michael Libretti Succumbs to Cancer
PRINCETON,
N.J., Sept. 17, 2001 -- Louis F. Mercatanti, President
and Chief Executive Officer of Nassau Broadcasting Partners,
L.P., today announced that Michael S. Libretti, Executive
Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer
passed away after a long battle with cancer. He was 37
and leaves a wife and two children.

profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Mike Libretti
who was a great friend and superb executive.
Mike embodied all the traits a great broadcasting executive
should possess; the thirst for knowledge, the commitment
to searching out the truth and, an enormous passion. He brought
to Nassau Broadcasting over ten years of experience in strategic
financial management and was an integral part of our executive
team.”
