106.3 FRANK-FM SPONSERS THE 23RD ANNUAL LOWELL FOLK FESTIVAL

Lowell, MA – Friday, July 24th to Sunday, July 26th the City of Lowell held their 23rd Annual Lowell Folk Festival.

Throughout the weekend participants were able to enjoy a variety of music on six performance stages. The music performed included Polka, Jazz, Gospel and much more. All those who attended the festival were also able to experience Lowell’s cultural diversity by sampling different flavors of food from the many ethnic local food sellers. Arts and crafts booths, that featured many local artisans, were admired.

This free event is considered one of the biggest festivals in the country. 106.3 Frank FM partnered with the City of Lowell, the Lowell Festival Foundation, the Lowell National Historical Park and the National Council for the Traditional Arts, to present this local tradition.
