$56,000
Hooksett, NH – On Saturday, May 30th, 93.3
The Wolf, in Hooksett, New Hampshire, and the New Hampshire
Association for the Blind joined together for the 6th Annual
Blind Awareness Walkathon.
This
year’s walkathon had
600 participants and raised over $56,000. The funds raised
help support any resident
of New Hampshire who has vision loss to the point where
daily living has been impaired. The walkathon is an opportunity
to increase awareness that the blind and visually impaired
are active and contributing members of the community.
