THE HAWK PERSONALITIES ACT AS “CELEBRITY
BAGGERS”
Easton,
PA – Throughout the month of February, On-Air
Personalities from 99.9 The Hawk, in Easton, Pennsylvania,
acted as “Celebrity Baggers”. Kara Curry, Rick
Michaels and Samantha Layne appeared at local Wegmans Stores
to support the “Help Your Neighbors-Every Dollar
Counts” Campaign.
On Saturday, February 14th, Kara Curry, Mid-Day on The
Hawk, spent time bagging with listeners at the Allentown
Wegmans. The following week, Rick Michaels and Samantha
Layne, from the Michaels and Layne Morning Show bagged
groceries in Bethlehem. As each customer checked out, they
were asked to donate what they could to the United Way.
The Wegmans “Help Your Neighbors-Every Dollar Counts” Campaign
supports the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
